​Booking & Logistics

  • ​Our exclusive date packages take place on elected dates throughout the season. Please continue to monitor our website for announcements regarding current and future events.

  • The event is held at a private, luxurious location nestled between Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and Norfolk. Once your private table reservation is secured, your Dedicated Event Coordinator will contact you to arrange for your complimentary private car service to and from the event location.

  • Yes. After you submit your down payment, a Dedicated Event Coordinator will reach out using the contact information you provided. They will confirm your reservation details, collect necessary information, and coordinate the details of your private chauffeur service.

Pricing & Policies

  • We offer two exclusive flat-rate table options for your group. This ensures your party has private access to the experience and our concierge services:

    • Private Table for Four: A flat rate of $1,400 plus tax. This breaks down to $350 per person for a group of four.

    • Private Table for Six: A flat rate of $2,100 plus tax. This breaks down to $350 per person for a group of six.

  • Your reservation is a flat rate based on your table size. The price breaks down to $350 per person.

    Option 1: The 4-Person Table
    Total Rate: $1,400 (+ tax)
    The Deposit: $400 due today to reserve the table ($100 per person).
    The Balance: $1,000 due upon arrival on your event date ($250 per person).

    Option 2: The 6-Person Table
    Total Rate: $2,100 (+ tax)
    The Deposit: $600 due today to reserve the table ($100 per person).
    The Balance: $1,500 due upon arrival on your event date ($250 per person).

  • The price covers continuous, unlimited access to the fully climate-controlled Pavilion, the Premium Open Bar, the "Tapas-Style" Culinary Experience, all interactive entertainment, and your private chauffeur service.

  • Weather & Rescheduling

    Rain or Shine: The event proceeds in rain, light snow, or shine within our climate-controlled Pavilion.

    Severe Weather: In the event of unsafe weather conditions, your Dedicated Event Coordinator will contact you to reschedule.

    Makeup Dates: Guaranteed makeup dates will be offered within 30 days of the original event date.
