​72-Hour Grace Period: Full refund available within 72 hours of purchase.

​Mystery Lounge does not operate or maintain social media platforms.

We choose to stay completely offline to protect the privacy and discretion of our guests.

However, you are welcome to take photos, stream, and share your evening on your own personal social channels.

  • We purposely stay off public social media to protect the privacy and discretion of our guests.

    While Mystery Lounge does not post your photos online, guests are always welcome to take personal pictures and post to their own social media accounts throughout the evening.

  • Yes. Your ticket covers your full evening experience, including executive chauffeur transportation, complimentary parking validation, gourmet dining, drinks, and all entertainment inside the residency.

  • The networking dinner is held at a private residency in Norfolk.

    To preserve an exclusive, private atmosphere, executive chauffeur transit is arranged directly from our designated staging garage.

  • Park at MacArthur Center South Garage (500 E City Hall Ave, Norfolk, VA 23510).

    Take your parking ticket with you when exiting your vehicle.

    Hand the ticket to your host upon arrival at the residency for full parking validation.

    Your chauffeur meets you at the ground-level pickup area at your scheduled arrival time and escorts you straight to the residency.

  • Yes. You are never waiting on a set schedule to go home.

    Whenever you are ready to depart, notify your host.

    Your chauffeur will bring the vehicle up and drive you directly back to your car at the garage.

  • Your remaining balance is collected upon arrival at the residency on your event date . No Cash

  • Because this is an exclusive private professional networking residency dinner, certain specialized features and entertainment cannot be advertised publicly and restricted on Google Ads.
