Our team is strictly prohibited from accepting cash gratuities. Please do not offer cash tips to your server or bartender, as accepting them is a violation of company policy and grounds for immediate termination.

The Service Pool
If you wish to express gratitude for exceptional service, simply inform your server. A Management Host will visit your table to process your contribution discreetly via our secure card reader. 100% of these contributions are split equitably among the entire team so that everyone who made your night special shares in the reward.
