Every private VIP gazebo receives its own personal, motorized 4-person watercraft for the day. Powered by a premium Honda outboard engine, each catamaran features a sun-protecting canopy and comfortable 360-degree deluxe swivel chairs. With 6 hours of open lounge time, your group of up to 12 can easily trade off, taking turns out on the water at your own leisure.

Two private chauffeur-driven vehicles (SUVs or minivans) are dispatched directly to your curbside for safe, seamless transportation.
Our drivers will pick up each guest individually from their own front door — no need for your group to gather at one house.
Your chauffeurs remain completely on your schedule for the day. Your event coordinator will reach out immediately after booking to gather guest information and coordinate seamless pickup routes.
Families traveling with young children must provide their own car seats, and parents are fully responsible for safety seat installation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The $600 portion of your deposit is fully refundable within 3 days from your exact date of purchase.
After this 3-day grace period has passed, all deposits and subsequent payments become strictly non-refundable.

Focus on Service, Not Transactions: We believe in authentic hospitality. Our staff is compensated professionally so they can focus 100% on serving you, rather than chasing tips.
For Staff: Our team is strictly prohibited from accepting cash gratuities. Please do not offer cash to your server or bartender, as accepting it is a violation of company policy and grounds for immediate termination.
The Service Pool: If you wish to express gratitude for exceptional service, simply inform your server. A Management Host will visit your gazebo at your preferred time to process your contribution discreetly via a secure card reader. 100% of these contributions are split equitably among the entire team so that everyone who made your day special shares in the reward.

Vibe Check: Upon arrival, all guests participate in a brief security check-in conducted by discreet, professional personnel. This ensures a safe, positive, and "good vibe" atmosphere.
Dedicated Security: Our team consists of highly trained plainclothes personnel positioned discreetly throughout the venue for the duration of the event. -
Rain or Shine: Your private VIP Gazebo is fully climate-controlled and protected from the elements, so the music plays and the food is served rain or shine.
Severe Weather: In the event of unsafe weather conditions (like severe thunderstorms) that impact the waterslides or watercraft safety, your Dedicated Event Coordinator will contact you to reschedule.
Guaranteed Makeup Dates: Balanced makeup dates will be offered within 30 days of your original booking.

Is the $2,200 price per person or per gazebo?
It is a single flat rate for your entire private VIP gazebo package, covering up to 12 guests total. There are no per-person hidden fees, surprise taxes, or split checks. One price secures everything.
What is your refund policy?
The $700 portion of your reservation deposit is 100% refundable if requested within 3 days from your exact date of purchase. After this 3-day grace period expires, all payments are strictly non-refundable due to the custom, immediate logistics locked in for your group's private daycation.
How does the private chauffeur work?
Once your reservation is secured, our concierge will reach out to you during office hours via text or phone—your choice—to collect the addresses of your guests. We dispatch two premium vehicles directly to your doorsteps. The drivers pick up your guests individually from their own homes. Because routes are custom-mapped, pickups run completely on your schedule for the day.

How supervised is the K&Z KidZone?
Completely supervised by 3 to 5 trained staff members running active games and age-appropriate water slides. It is located just a few feet away from the gazebos, keeping your children in clear eyesight at all times. Our staff wears smart communication glasses, meaning we can instantly ping you on land or on the water if your child needs anything—so you never have to get up.
What is the payment breakdown to secure a date?
To secure your date, a $700.00 reservation deposit is required at booking.
This consists of a $100 non-refundable customer service fee and a $600 deposit.
Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of $1,500 is due in full on the day of your event upon arrival.
Will someone contact me right after I book?
Yes, absolutely! Once your gazebo is secured, your Concierge will reach out via text or phone to coordinate your chauffeur pick-up and confirm group details. We will also send a follow-up email confirming everything to ensure your day goes perfectly smoothly.
Is the watercraft safe for families with kids?
Entirely safe. Every VIP gazebo gets its own personal, highly stable 4-person Sea Eagle FastCat14™ Inflatable Catamaran powered by a smooth Honda outboard engine. Our event coordinator collects life jacket sizes (including kid sizes) ahead of time, and all safety gear is completely provided.
What should we pack for the day?
Just your swimwear, sunscreen, and your family! We provide upscale lounge seating, fresh towels, a numbered private bathroom and dressing area for your group, all food, drinks, top-shelf liquor, and entertainment.
