Our affiliate real estate company has signed a small, simple summer contract with a beachfront motel.
The management and staff are amazing, the rooms are simple and clean, and it offers a completely relaxing atmosphere right on the water.
For this summer run, we are using a brand-new fleet of premium Takacat Catamaran Boats, which are highly respected and widely used in the yacht industry.
This is the exact type of boat trusted worldwide by professional safety crews and ocean rescue teams.
Our staff has been working hard to see how we could bring this to another level. Because of their hard work, this summer run is now a two-part experience.

Welcome to your All-Inclusive Family Beach Day. Arrival is completely flexible—your group’s private gazebo and accommodations are yours for the day so you can arrive whatever fits your travel schedule. Once you reserve your gazebo, our event coordinator will reach out to you by phone or text -your choice, to manage your arrival details and collect all the food, drink, and snack accommodations for your group of up to 12 guests.

The Takacat has the extra buoyancy and space to take the whole crew with you, and plenty of additional space for dive or sports gear.
A longer waterline offers big advantages for planning and performance when the boat is loaded with gear or when using a small outboard with a light load on board.
With four tube chambers and one floor chamber, provides many safety merits that make it well suited to a wide variety of uses such as flood rescue, coach and support boats, and dive support boats.

When your group is ready to leave, our team will take you right back to the motel and help you get packed-up or whatever your group needs before your drive home.

As part of your package, we offer a Fresh Laundry Service.
When we take you back to your room for the evening, your group can hand over your clothes.
Our staff will have them washed and brought back fresh to your door the next morning before you leave.
Before you head out, our concierge team is hear to help with whatever you need from packing, loading and logistics.
We will also personally go out and grab your choice of fresh breakfast and coffee from a local shop and deliver it straight to your group so you are fueled up for the drive home.

The K&Z KidZone is a safe, high-energy, kid-friendly space located just a few feet away from adult area, fully visible so parents can comfortably watch their children having fun.

Focus on Service, Not Transactions: We believe in authentic hospitality. Our staff is compensated professionally so they can focus 100% on serving you, rather than chasing tips.
For Staff: Our team is strictly prohibited from accepting cash gratuities. Please do not offer cash to your server or bartender, as accepting it is a violation of company policy and grounds for immediate termination.
The Service Pool: If you wish to express gratitude for exceptional service, simply inform your server. A Management Host will visit your gazebo at your preferred time to process your contribution discreetly via a secure card reader. 100% of these contributions are split equitably among the entire team so that everyone who made your day special shares in the reward.

Vibe Check: Upon arrival, all guests participate in a brief security check-in conducted by discreet, professional personnel. This ensures a safe, positive, and "good vibe" atmosphere.
Dedicated Security: Our team consists of highly trained plainclothes personnel positioned discreetly throughout the venue for the duration of the event. -
Rain or Shine: Your private VIP Gazebo is fully climate-controlled and protected from the elements, so the music plays and the food is served rain or shine.
Severe Weather: In the event of unsafe weather conditions (like severe thunderstorms) that impact the waterslides or watercraft safety, your Dedicated Event Coordinator will contact you to reschedule.
Guaranteed Makeup Dates: Balanced makeup dates will be offered within 15 days of your original booking.

Is the watercraft safe for families with kids?
Yes, it is entirely safe! We use the premium Takacat Inflatable Catamaran. These high-end boats are so stable and safe that professional flood rescue teams use them all over the world.
They feature a flat, non-slip floor and an open front so kids can step on and off easily without tripping.
For ultimate reliability and a smooth ride, each boat is powered by a quiet, top-tier Tohatsu outboard engine.
For extra safety, each boat has 4 separate air chambers. Coast Guard-approved life jackets are fully provided for all kids and adults.

Just your swimwear, sunscreen, and your family! We provide upscale lounge seating, fresh towels, a numbered private bathroom and dressing area for your group, all food, drinks, top-shelf - and entertainment.
Just bring your favorite swimwear, sunscreen. Since we have an in-ground pool, 24-foot water slide, and a private waterfront area for dinner and a swim, we highly recommend bringing a dry change of clothes.
